1. PREVIOUS INFORMATION

The sale and shipment of products from the Online Store is limited to the Euro Zone.

The commercial relationship between the customer and MESETARIOS, including the purchase of any of the goods and products offered in the store (hereinafter, the “Products”), are regulated in these terms and conditions.

2. Purchase procedure

Buying in our store is very easy, you just have to add the products you want to the cart, and then fill in the purchase form, select the desired payment shipping method and, finally, accept these conditions. Once the payment is made, we will send you a confirmation email with your order.

Customers must complete the corresponding electronic form available in the same, following the instructions indicated and committing themselves to provide, always and only, exact and true data in order to manage the purchase process and customer service as well as the sending of newsletters, loyalty and determination of consumption preferences or, where appropriate, manage the alerts of availability of products of interest.

3. PRICE, PAYMENT AND SHIPPING COSTS

The prices and shipping costs that appear in the store apply exclusively to the Products offered through the STORE and for as long as they remain published. MESETARIOS expressly reserves the right to modify prices at any time by publication in the store. However, the current rates indicated in the store at the time of its completion will be applied to each order.

Shipping costs will depend on the Product purchased, the destination of the Products and the shipping method selected by the Customer, among other circumstances.

4. Shipping and delivery

The store can offer customers different kinds of shipping ways. The availability of different shipping methods will depend on different factors, such as the store’s own decision whether or not to offer a certain shipping method, the type of Product and other factors. The store does not guarantee the availability of all different shipping methods at all times.

In the purchase process, the transport costs corresponding to the delivery method chosen, the chosen shipping method and the approximate foreseeable delivery time will be indicated to the Customer.

Home delivery address: In the cases of Normal and Urgent Shipping, the Products purchased in the store will be sent to the postal address indicated by the Customer. The postal address may not be a PO box or public places, such as public roads, squares, stations, airports or other similar.

In the event that for any reason the store does not comply with its delivery obligation within the established deadlines, or within a period specifically agreed with MESETARIOS, the store will agree with the customer to make the delivery within a suitable additional period. If the store does not deliver within this additional period, the Customer will have the right to terminate the contract. In the event of termination of the contract, MESETARIOS will return to the customer the amounts paid by the latter as soon as possible.

5. WITHDRAWAL, CHANGES AND RETURNS

The return of the product can be made through the store, through the Customer Service, where the steps to follow will be indicated.

The customer must return the products purchased in perfect condition (neither damaged, nor dirty, nor open), properly protected and in their original packaging. Before returning the product, the customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer damage during transport.

Once the returned products have been received by the store and after verifying their good condition, the amount corresponding to the returned units will be reimbursed using the same means of payment that the customer used for the initial purchase. The return costs that may be charged to the customer will amount to the equivalent of the corresponding ordinary mail transport rate. However, depending on the nature of each product, this may be different.

The store reserves the right to pass on the expenses generated if the Product is not in perfect condition.

The withdrawal will not proceed when due to the very nature of the Products purchased it is impossible to carry it out without prejudice to the corresponding claim for damages suffered, including, specifically: (i) Products made according to the indications or specifications of the consumer or that have been personalized for him; (ii) Products that have expired within the withdrawal period; (iii) Products that are not in perfect condition.

6. Warranty

All the Products in the store indicate the preferred consumption date and the necessary conditions for their proper conservation, so we recommend that you observe these recommendations.

All Products have undergone careful quality control and are released to the market according to the standards approved by the brands. Personal opinions on the point of salt or curing, as well as aesthetic considerations of the item will not be considered product defects.
