How long will it take to receive my order and how much will it cost?

Where do my products ship from?
Your product(s) will be shipped to you directly from the MESETARIOS Store; therefore, they will be sent from our address in Spain (Valladolid). Depending on its content, it is also possible that your order may arrive in multiple packages.
Once your order has departed from our store, we will send you an email confirmation with the following information:
- Shipment confirmation and estimated delivery date.
- Link to the website of the shipping company with a code for tracking your order.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the possibility to ask for a refund, always within the legal times marked by the Spanish law.
The customer must return the products purchased in perfect condition (neither damaged, nor dirty, nor open), properly protected and in their original packaging. Before returning the product, the customer must ensure that it is properly protected and sealed so that it does not suffer damage during transport. However, MESETARIOS will not assume in any case the shipping costs caused by the return of the same.
Given the nature of the products we sell, whose life span is less than two years, and, based on the provisions of the regulations on consumers and users, before proceeding to return the product, we must check that the qualities of the product have not suffered deterioration, continue to be suitable for consumption and / or subsequent sale, as well as that they continue to present the same qualities and benefits as when they were marketed in the sale that causes said lack of conformity.
IMPORTANT: Due to the COVID-19 crisis, we cannot guarantee delivery times since the restrictions in each area may change. Deliveries are currently being made on schedule, with occasional delays.
In the event that for any reason the store does not comply with its delivery obligation within the established deadlines, or within a period specifically agreed with MESETARIOS, the store will agree with the client to make the delivery within a suitable additional period. If the store does not deliver within this additional period, the Customer will have the right to terminate the contract. In the event of termination of the contract, MESETARIOS will return to the client the amounts paid by the latter as soon as possible.
